Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Henri and capable of forming a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Henri is a private, invite-only bulletin board. It lets members of a group post listings and exchange messages. Henri does not offer, facilitate, or process payments, rentals, reservations, scheduling, shipping, or insurance, and is not a marketplace, escrow, or broker.

You agree not to use Henri to:

• break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
• post content that is fraudulent, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to access groups, accounts, or data you have not been invited to, or probe, scan, or undermine the security of the service;
• send spam, or upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the service or other users.

Group admins decide who to invite and are responsible for the people they bring into their groups. Content shared in a group is visible to that group’s members. Treat other members and their belongings with respect.

Any arrangement you make with another member — lending, giving away, swapping, or otherwise exchanging items — is solely between you and that member. Henri is not a party to it, does not vet members or items, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any exchange or for any in-person handoff. Use your own judgment and arrange handoffs safely.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You are responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant Henri the limited permission needed to store and display your content to your group so the service can function.

Henriis provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. As an independent hobby project, it may change, break, or become unavailable at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Henriwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from any interaction or transaction between members. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms or put other members at risk. You may stop using Henri and deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings.

These terms may be updated as Henrievolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
